During a recent gathering at the Taif Chamber of Commerce, Sami Al Husseini, Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at), engaged in discussions with Ghazi Al Qethami, Chairman of the Taif Chamber, alongside its members, to explore avenues of cooperation. The meeting aimed to bolster the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit within the province, focusing on their advancement and expansion.
The session emphasized the importance of joint efforts between both parties to foster the entrepreneurial sector and support emerging projects. Their collaboration is pivotal in enhancing Taif’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, empowering business pioneers, and driving SMEs. Such partnerships are crucial for increasing the sector’s contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP) in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.
Additionally, Al Husseini met with local entrepreneurs and SME owners in Taif to identify challenges they face, streamline their business growth, and discuss the region’s promising opportunities and initiatives aimed at backing entrepreneurial ventures.
