Social Development Bank, through its Dalni Business Center, launched the “Dalni Compass in Taiba” initiative. The event was attended by the bank’s CEO, Sultan Al-Humaidi, alongside entrepreneurs, government and private sector representatives, and investors at Nama Al-Madinah Hall in Medina.
This initiative aims to support micro and small enterprises and freelancers by offering a range of services to enhance entrepreneurship and develop small and emerging projects across the Kingdom. It highlights investment opportunities, funding programs, and enabling initiatives, providing specialized consultations in various fields such as tourism, industry, finance, marketing, and business development.
According to the CEO, the “Dalni Compass in Taiba” initiative aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to support entrepreneurs and emerging projects, enhancing Medina’s role as a hub for economic growth and innovation.
Dalni Center has supported over 130,000 projects nationwide by fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships that drive economic and social growth in Medina and beyond.
The initiative includes other programs like “Jada 30” and “Jada Thon,” featuring speakers and experts from various sectors to equip entrepreneurs with essential knowledge for project development. It also offers advisory sessions and empowerment programs to improve participants’ skills and competencies.
The event showcased projects from government and private entities, enabling participants to learn best practices and successful experiences. It included discussions on investment opportunities in the region, providing valuable insights on leveraging these opportunities for economic development. Additionally, the “You Support” initiative was introduced to offer comprehensive support for entrepreneurial projects through multiple phases, including initial diagnosis, problem analysis, developmental interventions, and impact measurement. The “Investment Opportunities Map” initiative was also launched, providing an interactive platform for exploring and transforming investment opportunities into real projects with the help of Dalni Business Center consultants.
