The curtains have closed on the bustling Entrepreneurial Marketplace, a highlight of the ‘Future Entrepreneur Program’, which saw the active participation of 30 students from the General Administration of Education in the Aseer region, and the educational administrations of Al-Namas and Rijal Alma municipalities. This event was held in collaboration with ‘Monsha’at’ and was graced by the attendance of the General Director of Education in the region, Fahad Aqala, at the Rashid Mall in Abha.
Fahad Aqala highlighted the program’s primary objectives: to equip students with the necessary entrepreneurial skills for their journey in the business world, to disseminate an entrepreneurial culture among students, and to provide them with the tools and skills required for creating and developing innovative projects. Furthermore, the program aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, fostering a generation of innovative young entrepreneurs ready to embrace future challenges. This initiative targets students from all levels of public education, offering them practical experience through the Entrepreneurial Marketplace for emerging entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneurial Marketplace is an interactive expo hosted in various cities across the kingdom. Each expo accommodates thirty booths where students, as project owners, display, and sell their products and services to market visitors. This real-world practice allows them to hone their selling and negotiation skills, contributing to their business acumen development.
