Saudi Arabia is hosting the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) finals, featuring 100 startups from around the globe and offering up to $1 million in cash prizes, along with various other rewards to attract leading projects.
Event Details
The event is organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) in collaboration with the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MiSK) and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).
The finals will take place during the Biban 24 Forum, held by Monsha’at in Riyadh from November 5-9, under the theme “Global Destination for Opportunities.”
Finalists were selected from over 16,000 applicants across 151 countries. These contenders succeeded in their national competitions and participated in a global training camp with the top 250 companies, from which the best 100 startups were chosen to compete in the final event at Biban 24.
Founded in 2019 by MiSK and GEN, the Entrepreneurship World Cup has seen over 420,000 entrepreneurs from 200 countries participate, distributing $4 million in total prizes.
The EWC is a key driver in attracting investments and highlighting promising opportunities in Saudi Arabia. It empowers entrepreneurs, fosters partnerships, and offers unique opportunities for global entrepreneurs to connect with investors, develop skills, and turn ideas into successful projects.
