The Industry and Mining Entrepreneurs Week kicked off yesterday, organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. The event runs until September 19 at the Support Center in Jeddah.
The week aims to attract small and medium business owners and entrepreneurs, introducing them to promising investment opportunities in the industrial and mining sectors. It includes various activities, meetings, and panel discussions.
The Support Center in Jeddah will host displays from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the National Academy of Industry, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Export and Import Bank, and the National Industrial Development Center. These entities will discuss local companies’ challenges in adapting to industrial changes, raise awareness about local content, and highlight services and incentives in the industrial sector. Additionally, they will explore opportunities in the mining sector and discuss the role of women in the future of mineral, gemstone, and jewelry industries.
