The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has unveiled the sixth edition of its ‘Ambitious Generation’ program in Riyadh on May 4, 2024.
Over 150 students have been selected for this current iteration, chosen from the finest universities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program’s kick-off was marked by a ceremonial event featuring workshops and interactive discussions with experts from various sectors.
In line with the evolving business landscape, the sessions covered key contemporary business topics, including digital innovation, climate change challenges, and sustainability issues. The sixth edition also emphasized personal development pathways and specialized career guidance, aiming to build the Saudi youth’s capabilities in alignment with the Kingdom’s strategic Vision 2030.
‘Ambitious Generation’ presents an exceptional six-month mentorship opportunity with consultants and experts from BCG, immersing participants in the profound aspects of consulting.
Upon completion, students will have the opportunity to join the BCG Riyadh office as visiting associate consultants, subject to a personal job interview. This offers a promising pathway to gain practical experience with one of the world’s leading consulting firms.
