The Banking Awareness and Media Committee of Saudi Banks is sponsoring ‘Finance Week’, an initiative organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) aimed at fostering knowledge and experience exchange between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and financial entities. The event seeks to empower these businesses to make more efficient financial decisions. Scheduled from May 19 to May 23, Finance Week will take place across four different regions in the Kingdom, namely: Riyadh, the Eastern Region, Jeddah, and Medina.
The program’s primary focus is on the Kingdom’s business sectors, introducing investment opportunities and government initiatives that support various SME sectors. During the week, invitations are extended to various business systems and enterprises to share their success stories and journeys in overcoming challenges. The participation of Saudi Banks stems from their role in bolstering the banking industry and raising awareness among diverse demographic groups within the Saudi society in line with the goals of Vision 2030. Elevating the level of understanding about different banking activities and educating the public about contemporary issues related to the industry and updates at both local and global levels remain key objectives of the Saudi Banking Committee, in addition to providing financial offerings to SMEs.
